Lexicon LSAT
Questions, bug reports, or feedback — we're glad to help. Most answers are below, and you can always reach us directly.
Contact us
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. When reporting a bug, please tell us your device model and iOS version so we can help faster.
Create an account with your email, Apple ID, or Google account, then complete the short onboarding. We recommend taking the diagnostic first — it gives Lexicon an honest read on where you stand and a live score estimate.
The free version includes curated bank drills, the full diagnostic and score estimate, streak tracking, and daily reminders — no card required. Subscriptions unlock the Lex AI coach, AI-generated drills tuned to your weak spots, and 5× recovery loops on every miss.
Every new account gets a 7-day free trial of all paid features. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription at the price shown in the app. You can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being charged.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID, so they're managed in iOS Settings:
Open Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Lexicon → Cancel Subscription.
Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, open the paywall (Profile → Subscription, or any locked feature) and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
In the app, go to Profile and tap Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, practice history, and coach conversations. Note that an active subscription is managed by Apple — cancel it separately in Settings (see above) if you no longer want to be billed.
Please email us at the address above with a short description and, if possible, a screenshot. Question quality and accuracy matter to us, and reports genuinely help us improve the app.
